Account deletion and data requests
Detailed guidance for account deletion in the PrimeTrailer app and other data requests.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the PrimeTrailer app on iOS or Android and sign in.
- Go to Profile > Settings (Settings).
- Scroll to Delete account (Account deletion) and tap it.
- Read the warning and confirm deletion.
After confirmation, the app calls delete-account.php endpoint: the account is deactivated immediately, tokens become invalid, and we sign the user out of all devices. Data related to rescue requests and financial records is retained due to legal obligations (user data: 2 years, rescue logs: 5 years, billing: 8 years) and then deleted or anonymized.
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot sign in or request data access, correction, or restriction, email [email protected].
Your email should include:
- your name and the email linked to your PrimeTrailer account,
- the type of request (e.g., account deletion, data portability, consent withdrawal),
- any additional identifiers that help us locate your account quickly.
We respond to all requests within 30 days and update you on the status.
Data retention and further info
PrimeTrailer processes data according to the Privacy notice retention periods. After deletion we retain data only for legally required periods, then remove or irreversibly anonymize it.
