Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund
The service is governed by the rules on contracts between consumers and businesses (Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.)).
Right of withdrawal and early performance
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, for towing services requiring immediate assistance, performance may begin at the user's prior, express request before the deadline.
Upon placing an order, the user explicitly states: "I expressly request that the performance of the service begin before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, and I acknowledge that I will lose my right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed."
Cancellation rules
- Cancellation before partner dispatch: The order can be cancelled free of charge via the app or by phone.
- Cancellation after partner dispatch: If the partner has already been dispatched to the location, PrimeTrailer or the partner is entitled to charge a base dispatch fee for the failed performance.
Refund
If the service was not performed and payment was already deducted, PrimeTrailer will refund the due amount immediately, but no later than 14 days after investigation. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction (Barion refund).
Defective performance and quality complaints
Users can file quality complaints regarding platform operation or partner behavior through our contact channels. Claims arising from defective performance are handled according to the warranty rules of the Civil Code.
