Investigation of the complaint

Verbal complaints are investigated immediately and remedied as needed. If the user disagrees with the handling or immediate investigation is not possible, we record a minute and respond in writing within 30 days. Written complaints are answered substantively within 30 days of receipt.

Conciliation Body

In case of a consumer dispute, the user can initiate proceedings at the conciliation body operating alongside the county (capital) chambers of commerce and industry. The conciliation body competent by the Provider's registered office:
