Partner General Terms and Conditions
1. Contracting parties
These terms govern the cooperation between Gacsal Gergely E.V. (Operator) and the towing partner business (Partner) joining the platform.
2. Subject of the partnership
The Operator provides a digital system for the Partner to receive and administer orders. The Partner provides towing services in its own name and responsibility.
3. Entry requirements
The Partner is required to provide real company data, valid permits, and professional liability insurance upon joining.
4. Settlement
Commission and payout cycles are based on individual agreements. The Operator may charge a platform fee for mediated orders.
5. Liability
The Partner is responsible for professional performance and damages caused by it. The Operator's liability is limited to platform operation.
6. Data protection
The Partner may only use data necessary for order fulfillment and not for marketing purposes.
