Payment and Performance

The fee for the towing service requested through the PrimeTrailer platform appears before finalizing the order or during partner confirmation. The fee may include a base fee, a distance-based fee, surcharges for specific vehicle parameters, and costs arising from unique on-site circumstances.

Accepted payment methods

• Online card payment: Through Barion's secure system.
• Cash payment: On-site to the partner, if enabled for that specific order.

Billing and documentation

For online payments, the electronic invoice is generated based on the provided billing details and sent via email. For cash fulfillment, the performing partner issues the necessary receipt according to their legal obligations.

Performance

Service performance begins with the partner's actual dispatch and the start of the towing task. The place of performance is the pick-up and drop-off location specified in the order.

Failed payment / interrupted order

In case of failed online payment, the order might not be created or may enter a pending status. The user will be notified in the app or via email.
