User General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope and Service Provider
These Terms govern the contract between Gacsal Gergely E.V. (Provider) and the user of the PrimeTrailer platform.
2. Nature of the service
PrimeTrailer is a digital platform connecting users in need of help with partners performing towing tasks. The actual towing service is performed by the selected partner.
3. Formation of the contract
The contract is formed upon registration, acceptance of the Terms, and confirmation of an individual order. The user can correct data entry errors at any time before finalization.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are based on terms shown on the platform and distance. Payment methods: Barion online payment or cash on-site (if enabled by the partner).
5. Withdrawal and cancellation
Users generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but performance can begin upon the user's prior express request. If the partner has already been dispatched, a base dispatch fee may be charged.
6. Complaint handling
You can file a complaint at [email protected] or by mail. In case of dispute, you can turn to a conciliation body.
